* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service  to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 45 days of the order date.

Can I change the shipping method, recipient or address after placing an order?

Sorry, the shipping method, recipient or address  cannot be changed for all orders after placing. Please confirm the desired shipping method, recipient or address when placing the order.

Can the same order be shipped separately?

Each order will be delivered in a single package on the same day/ per order. If you request that your order be shipped separately, you will be responsible for additional costs.

Consolidate Orders

If you purchase 2 or more orders at the same time and using same User Account, provide the same phone number and address, we may arrange for a combined order to be sent to ensure that you can receive all the ordered items at the same time.

Delivery Date

Our delivery date estimated to be delivered within 5-14 working days (depending on the region). Once your parcel ships to your address, please receive it within 3 working days. If the receipt is not signed within the specified time, the courier company may charge an additional storage fee. In addition, if you fail to sign for receipt within grace time, the goods will be returned to the our warehouse and the order will be cancelled. If the order has been paid, we will refund the paid amount to your original payment method and deduct the relevant shipping charges without prior notice.

Global Orders

Not all items on our site can be sold or shipped overseas. If you have ordered items that are prohibited from sale or shipped overseas, we will cancel the item and arrange for a refund.

Reasons for not being able to provide global shipping may include:

 The product is an authorized product, and there are restrictions on the sales area;

2. The goods are the restricted import items of the country (if there are any missing specifications, please refer to the restrictions of the countries);

3. Some items are prohibited due to air transport restrictions, such as beauty products containing liquids and sprays, electronic equipment and home appliances; therefore cannot be delivered.
