Return or Exchange standard

If your purchase is not quite what you’re looking for, Juz Crate offers you a “14 days return service”. You’ve 14 days from when you receive your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or return.

Except for the products marked “No Returns”, ” No Exchanges”, “No Refunds”, ” Sales Items”,all products can be arranged to be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product once, and the exchanged products will no longer be accepted for return or exchange.  There is only one return is accepted per order. If you return a product that does not meet the return conditions or return the same order more than once, we will reject the product and you will be responsible for the Return shipping costs.

Create An Exchange Or Return Process

1.Sign into your account, go to ‘Your Orders’ and select ‘Create an Exchange or Return’ on the order you’d like to return.

2. Tell us your Return or Exchange Description

3. Upload Attachments/ Product Images to request for Return or Exchange.

4. Our Customer Service Team will process the request accordingly.

Please note that the returned merchandise must be uncut, unused, odorless, perfume free, in the original packaging and in a new saleable condition . If the item is a set (such as an underwear set), the entire set must be returned.

Return or Exchange Shipping Fee

Ordinary Customers: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, and Juz Crate will pay for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

VIP Customers: You can enjoy free shipping returns, you can choose to send the goods back by our designated courier or if it is returned by other methods, Juz Crate will bear the shipping cost of the returned item (the maximum shipping fee per retrun/exchange is USD$5), and it will be returned to your Juz Crate Wallet- JC Dollars.

Please provide and attached shipping proof &/or Product Images for Return or Exchange processing to: [email protected]; please allow us 3-5 working days to process and revert.

*** Juz Crate reserves the right not to accept any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.                   All Final Rights of Refund/Return/Exchange belongs to Juz Crate.

VIP Customers:  You can choose to receive your refund either to your Juz Crate Wallet- JC Dollars or back to the original payment method. Your refund will exclude the initial delivery cost.

Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:

  • CREDIT CARD: Our bank will credit your account within 10 working days of receipt of your items
  • PAYPAL: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent

Refund, Return or Exchange Policy

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are 100% sure you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are marked and will be sent back to the customer.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology products must be returned in the original packaging.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

COLORS

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we can’t guarantee that your screen’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

REPEAT RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

ALL MERCHANDISE 

All merchandise must be uncut, unused, odorless, perfume free, in the original packaging and in a new saleable condition .If the merchandise not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Our Policy

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This also includes all packaging, accessories, boxes, packaging and/ or dust bags. The Vendor reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly

How is the refund amount calculated?

Under normal circumstances, it will be refunded according to the price of the item you purchased at that time.

Refund Amount = Final Payment Amount (After Discount)

Refunds for damaged or incomplete items will be arranged within 7 working days to the original payment method or Juz Crate Wallets, which takes approximately 7-14 working days. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Return or Exchange

Before returning the product, please provide the product photo to [email protected].

We will notify you within 3-5 business days on the goods Return or Exchange status. You can choose registered mail or express service to return the product.

Goods are considered non-defective if:

– In the mass production process, the thread ends are not completely trimmed, the minor flaws that cannot be recognized by the naked eye, the traces of chalk marks that are easy to remove, and wrinkles, etc.

– Commodity raw materials or unavoidable fiber odors during production.

If you choose to Replace or Exchange the item, we will assist you to replace it with the supplier (Pending approval from supplier). 

Shipping costs for reshipment of replacement items are covered by Juz Crate.

  • The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
