* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

We aim to send your order within 72 hours (excluding weekends) once we’ve accepted it. During Clearance and busier times, it can take slightly longer. Stay tuned for an email as soon as it has left us with tracking details.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

We ship to you on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your purchase is on its way to you, we’ll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account.  

Delivery Address

We only ship to residential or business address for delivery.  We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
